After having held the "Schlossberg" (3 Michelin forks) in Forbach in Moselle, Pascal (the chef) and his wife
have settled in the Hérault. They enjoy cooking classic dishes in the great French tradition.
Of course, the menu evolves with the seasons, and even every day, with daily specials and market menus.
The decor? Rather modern, warm. And from spring to autumn, guests can enjoy the covered terrace with its view of the vineyards.
