The Brasserie du Vieux Siège has been offering the same formula for many years: brasserie cuisine in a beautiful room decorated in the 1930s style. The chef offers great classics such as anchoïade, a basket of cold cuts, cod aïoli, grilled duck breast, Charolais beef with butter, but also monkfish aïoli, calf's head with gribiche sauce.
