The cuisine is almost "like at home", but Hubert and his partner Laurent have added to their menu dishes that are almost impossible to find in restaurants: frog's legs in parsley, veal liver with parsley... The fries are "homemade", the fresh fruit salads really peeled, cut up, sprinkled with orange juice and decorated with a touch of whipped cream "in the kitchen". We don't go there to make a gourmet meal but to eat well, tasty and for a very reasonable price. Chez Hubert displays its simplicity as a brasserie in the heart of the village... and everyone is doing very well
