In the family line, Valerie and Lucien Barba have marked the 4th generation by creating the concept of a fishmonger/brewery. Lucien will welcome you aboard his "boat" to let you taste all the wonders of the sea. Choose your own fish or shellfish from the stall or fish your own shellfish in the tanks. Then in the kitchen, Valerie will prepare them according to your choice by putting all the flavors of the Mediterranean.
