The Valjulius estate is located in the heart of Languedoc Roussillon, between sea and mountains, a few kilometres from the city of Béziers.
After studying with Jean-Michel Alquier in Faugères, Julien Sarda, with the experienced help of his father, decided that it was time to discover the potential of his vineyard.
The estate consists of 8 hectares. The quality of the terroir (clay-limestone with siliceous pebbles on the surface), the exposure and meticulous work throughout the year allow our grape varieties to reach perfect maturity to express later suppleness and aromatic finesse.
