For the past 20 years, Jean-Claude Canac has been developing his bee population in the garrigue to gradually reach a population of several hundred hives.
The farm has a production building of 600 M2, which consists of several parts : extraction, packaging, storage of apiary equipment and workshops.
The headquarters of the farm is located in a Mediterranean climate, conducive to the development of colonies. The hives are moved on this rich flora typical of the Languedoc to produce a range of varied honeys.
Dozens of honeys with different flavours are available online on the website.
