Thierry Collignon is a kiwifruit producer at "La plantation" in Sérignan. On his 7 ha land, 4,5 ha are dedicated to kiwis and 2 ha remain dedicated to market gardening. Each year, 30T of kiwis are harvested. He reaches these high yields thanks to a fertile soil which he maintains and nourishes, but it is also the sediments left by the floods which bring him a certain added value in term of fertility. Thierry is the only producer of kiwi in France not to preserve his fruits in refrigerator, but by a system of refrigeration to the old well elaborated
