It is in Languedoc, where the olive tree has been present since antiquity, and more particularly in the Hérault region in the commune of Béziers, that the owners of the Domaine de Galinenque will be happy to welcome you for a visit of their olive grove. Anne Purseigle took over the family business in 1979. Initially a vineyard, the estate has been devoted exclusively to olive growing since 1999. The terroir of ancient garrigues, with stony and clay-limestone soils, is very favorable to the traditional cultivation of the olive tree.
