The vineyard of the Domaine de Pouzac is located in the Côtes de Thongue appellation zone in the commune of Servian, between Béziers and Pézenas. The greatest care taken in the winemaking process allows us to get the best out of the terroir and the wide range of grape varieties: Vermentino, Chardonnay, Grenache, Merlot, Syrah, Cinsault, Cabernet-Sauvignon. Yield control, maturing in vats and barrels with the signature of the winemaker Laurent Bonnet are the recipe for this quality product! Tasting of red, white and rosé wines and guided tour of the estate.
