The Domaine de Caylus is located in the South of France, in the heart of the Languedoc, a few kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea.
The story begins in 1963, when Henri Andrieu bought the Caylus estate. His son, Louis, took over the estate a few years later. Concerned about his impact on the environment and wanting to preserve biodiversity on the estate, he converted to organic farming in 1999.
Today, Inès, Henri's granddaughter, is the manager of the domain and is thus cultivating the family tradition by becoming the sixth generation of winegrowers in the family; she is working to transmit this heritage to future generations.

Different grape varieties are cultivated on this 20 hectare vineyard certified in AB: chardonnay, merlot and pinot in order to produce wines in IGP Vin de Pays de l'Hérault, Ecocert organic label, in order to preserve as naturally as possible the specificities of this exceptional soil.
