CHATEAU BEL CERS

The domain is located in the commune of Sauvian. Our farm is located in an elevated area called TERRASSES DE BÉZIERS, a place called BELCERS, less than a kilometre as the crow flies from the Mediterranean Sea. This allows us to benefit from the sea spray, that is to say a beneficial contribution of humidity to the maturity of the grapes.
The vines are planted with improving varieties such as SYRAH, GRANACHE NOIR, CHARDONNAY, GRENACHE BLANC, MERLOT and CINSAULT. The yield of the Château's voluntary production is 45 to 50 HL/hectare. We carry out two harvests before the grapes reach maturity: one in June, the other in July.
