Make the most of the soft path between the Canal du Midi and the historic center, with a guided tour. The walk starts at the bottom of the 9 locks and winds its way between some of Berne's major heritage sites: the 9 locks at Fonseranes, the Canal du Midi, the canal bridge, the banks of the Orb, the Pont Vieux, the new pedestrian walkway and the cathedral.
After crossing the 42-meter difference in altitude, join the Petit Train at the Place du Forum for a return trip... without fatigue.

A 3-kilometer hike, 2h30 guided tour and 30 minutes on the Petit Train.
Limited group size, please wear shoes and carry a hat and bottle of water.
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Baby carriers recommended.
Prior booking essential.
Fonseranes parking lot included in ticket. Allow a 10-15 minute walk from the parking lot to the meeting point at the bottom of the 9 locks (distance 700 m).
