The chapel Notre-Dame des Pins owes its name to the ruins of the Roman villa "ad pinis", above which it was built... and to the bunch of maritime pines which surrounds it. Classified as a historical monument since 1907, it dates from the 12th century (1120, some even think it is contemporary with the St Aphrodise basilica in Béziers), and was fortified in the 14th century, during the Hundred Years War. Its major asset? Its typically Romanesque porch.
